Amber founded Bigger Skies to make healing feel personal. She’s a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, decorated former-Army Combat Medic and nurse, and doctoral candidate. She works with teens through older adults—especially in areas of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and mind-body wellness.
Her practice integrates medication management and psychotherapy (EMDR, EFT, CBT, somatic), with holistic care. Her background includes developing a nationally recognized dementia support program, teaching medical courses for the State Surgeon and VA Healthcare Systems, psychiatric peer review work and research, and earning certifications in trauma and integrative mental health.
Amber has over 20 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years of military service, and is working towards her 5th degree in nursing.

Heather is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with experience guiding teens and adults through anxiety, trauma, life changes, addiction, loss, and more. She offers in-person and telehealth sessions in Ohio.
She believes mental health is more than the mind—it’s your body, spirit, social and physical world. She’s currently earning a 200-hour Yoga Training Certificate, aiming to bring embodied practices into therapy for those who resonate.

Courtney Sergent-Fox, LISW

With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across diverse settings, Courtney specializes in EMDR therapy as a cornerstone of her holistic approach to mental wellness. Best known for helping clients heal from trauma, she also guides individuals through life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. Her work spans inpatient and outpatient care, and she brings additional expertise in business development, program organization, and public speaking.
Courtney is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools for growth and balance. She believes healing happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, spirit and environment.
Courtney is currently accepting cash-pay patients for EMDR in Ohio and Kentucky, but will soon be in-network with all major insurance plans, including:

Dr. Shana Feibel is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with more than a decade of experience helping patients navigate depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and complex life transitions. She completed her medical degree at Touro University California and her psychiatry residency at Loma Linda University, and also serves as voluntary clinical faculty for Ohio University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
Dr. Feibel is licensed in Ohio, California, and multiple additional states, including Montana, Washington, Kentucky, Wyoming, Alabama, Idaho, and Iowa, allowing her to provide telepsychiatry services to adults across a wide geographic area.
Dr. Feibel holds a professional Narrative Medicine degree from Columbia University and is a multi–award-winning creative writer. Often utilizing her MFA and MA from UCLA film school, she frequently incorporates bibliotherapy into care, inviting patients to explore poems, stories, essays, art, and music as tools for emotional insight, meaning-making, and healing.
Dr. Feibel also has a strong interest in women’s mental health, including infertility and fertility-related stress, and offers fertility and IVF-informed care for women trying to conceive, reproductive decision-making, and postpartum transitions. She also developed and teaches the Narrative Medicine elective for 4th-year medical students at the University of Cincinnati, helping future physicians build empathy and narrative competence.
